These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Express Dental Emergency Services website, patient-facing forms, and other online services we make available (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides general information about our practice, services, and ways to request an appointment. It is not a substitute for professional dental, medical, financial, or legal advice. Information on the Site does not create a dentist-patient relationship, and submitting a form does not create or confirm an appointment.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care. For urgent dental needs, call our office directly at 410-708-3232.
2. Appointment requests
Online appointment requests are requests only. We will contact you to discuss availability and confirm a date, time, provider, and any preparation requirements. Do not submit highly sensitive information through a general website form unless we specifically provide a secure method for doing so.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful, personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not interfere with the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, introduce malicious code, use automated tools to collect information from the Site, or use the Site in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. Payments and third-party services
Where payment, messaging, scheduling, analytics, document, or portal services are made available, they may be provided through third-party service providers. Their terms and privacy practices may apply in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services that are not under our control.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, design, text, logos, photographs, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Express Dental Emergency Services and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Site materials without our prior written permission, except for personal, noncommercial use of the Site as intended.
6. Disclaimers and limits
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that Site content will always be complete, current, or accurate. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Express Dental Emergency Services and its owners, clinicians, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
7. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
