1. Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, phone number, email address, preferred communication method, appointment preferences, service interest, and message. We may also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, and the date and time of a visit, through standard server logs or service providers.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to appointment requests and questions, communicate with you, operate and secure the Site, improve our services and website, maintain records, process authorized payments, and comply with legal and professional obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, communications, scheduling, payment, document, and technology systems; with professional advisers; when required by law; or as needed to protect rights, safety, or property. These providers may receive only the information needed to perform their services and are expected to protect it appropriately.

4. Health information and HIPAA

If we create or maintain protected health information in the course of providing dental care, that information is governed by applicable health-information privacy law and the practice’s Notice of Privacy Practices. That separate notice explains permitted uses and disclosures, patient rights, our duties, and how to file a concern or complaint. Ask our office for the current Notice of Privacy Practices.

5. Email, text, and communications

When you provide contact information or select a communication preference, you authorize us to contact you about your request, appointment, or account through the selected method as permitted by law. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may opt out of nonessential text messages by following the instructions in the message or contacting us. Do not send sensitive health information by ordinary email or text unless we have provided a secure channel.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, to meet legal and professional obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to update contact information, change your communication preference, or stop nonessential communications. Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request information. To make a request, contact the office using the information below.

8. Children, updates, and contact

The Site is not intended for children to use independently. Parents or legal guardians should contact us regarding a child’s information. We may update this Notice when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
